Hosting
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, the page you requested and the time, to deliver the website and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. The fonts are served from this website, so no data goes to Google.
Contact form
If you write to me through the form, I use your name, email address and message only to answer you. Your message is sent to my inbox by the email service Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA), which processes it on my behalf. I delete it once it is no longer needed, unless the law requires me to keep it. The legal bases are your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and my legitimate interest in answering it (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, for its correction or deletion, for restriction of processing and for data portability, and you can object to the processing. An email is enough. You can also complain to a data protection authority; in Croatia, that is the Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka (AZOP).
